Nowadays, society is becoming increasingly immersed in the digital world, with young people spending a significant amount of their time in front of screens. This context poses challenges in terms of physical and mental well-being, as well as in promoting real human interaction and appreciation of nature. At the same time, Europe is a continent rich in natural beauty and cultural diversity. However, the lack of exposure to outdoor experiences and the absence of interaction with people from different cultures can limit the understanding and appreciation of this wealth. This project arises in response to these contemporary challenges, recognizing the need to reintroduce young people to outdoor adventure and foster intercultural understanding in an increasingly connected but often isolated world. Thus, through this project, we aim to achieve the following objectives: 1. To promote awareness among young people of the natural and cultural environments of their own country and other European countries through geocaching as an alternative to leisure and free time. 2. To explore various natural environments and cultural heritage of Andalusia through geocaching activities and nature care. 3. To raise awareness among participants about the importance of environmental conservation and the preservation of local cultural traits. 4. To provide young people with the opportunity to share experiences in an intercultural environment. 5. To promote the responsible use of technology and geocaching as educational tools. 6. To introduce young people to the Erasmus+ program and the opportunities it offers. "Geocaching Adventures: Exploring Europe" will be a meeting point to counteract digital isolation, promote outdoor adventure, and foster intercultural understanding among European youth. The project aims to empower young people to be active, healthy, and culturally competent citizens in an increasingly globalized and digitized world.
