Nowadays, social media are wide-spread across the population, especially across youngsters. Additionally, youngsters depend more and more on digital tools with or without AI integration, like ChatGPT, Synthesia, Google Maps, etc. for their work and personal life, without fully knowing the risks that these tools bring, like the lack of privacy, creation of dependencies, and so-called doom scrolling (https://www.health.com/mind-body/what-is-doomscrolling). Youngsters need to find a balance between the use of such tools and creating healthy lifestyle and relationships with their peers. The project aims to address this issue by bringing together young people from different cultures and backgrounds, and providing a safe space for them to discuss their usage of digital tools, and how to improve their mental wellbeing and relationships through more conscious use of these. In the following, we give an overview of the main goals of this project, and outline the objectives we set in order to reach these goals. Goals: 1) Provide a safe space for debate about use of digital tools among youngsters. 2) Find common behavior patterns and needs related to personal development and society. 3) Propose new, healthier habits, and ways of how to implement these in real life. 4) Experience the positive effect of tools from yoga and mindfulness. Objectives: 1) Establish a safe space by giving the opportunity to the youngsters to get to know each other through ice-breakers, team-building, and intercultural nights. 2) Facilitate introspection followed by a debate on the usage of digital tools, through activities that are inspired by coaching, gamification, and mindfulness. 3) Facilitate a discussion about healthy habits regarding digital tools, and create a list of tips and tricks for responsible daily use. 4) Apply tools from yoga and mindfulness in the safe space created during experiential, integrative, and reflective non-formal education sessions focused on improving mental wellbeing.
