By implementing our project, we aim to achieve several important goals in the field of Erasmus Plus study. These goals focus on contributing to the personal development of young people and youth workers, increasing social participation, and supporting young people and youth workers to reach a stronger position socially, culturally and economically. First of all, we aim to contribute to the personal development of youth workers, young people and our target audiences through Erasmus Plus studies. Our project aims to reveal the individual potential of participants by supporting them in developing their leadership skills, communication skills, problem-solving skills and cooperation skills. In this way, youth workers and our target audiences will know themselves better, increase their self-confidence and have the skills to cope more effectively with the challenges they will face in the future. Additionally, our project aims to increase the social participation of youth workers and our target audiences. Through Erasmus Plus projects, we aim to encourage youth workers and our target groups to deal with social problems, contribute to society as active citizens and participate in democratic processes. In this context, the activities and trainings in our project aim to strengthen the social responsibility understanding of youth workers by increasing their social sensitivity. In addition, our project aims to support youth workers and our target groups to reach a stronger position socially, culturally and economically. Through youth work, we aim to provide skills and opportunities to youth workers and our target groups on issues such as vocational training, entrepreneurship, sustainable development and preservation of cultural heritage. In this way, young people will be able to enter the business world more prepared, become more economically independent, and play a more active role in the global world while preserving their cultural identities. In terms of youth work practices, the goals of our project aim to comprehensively support and strengthen youth workers and our target audiences. In this way, we aim to contribute to our youth workers and target groups growing up and sustaining their lives as more successful and happy individuals in social, economic and personal terms. We also aim to encourage youth workers and our target audiences to make a more positive impact on their communities and the world, and to lay a strong foundation for a sustainable future.
