“Greenstioning's” main objective is to empower, raise awareness, and educate young people on more environmentally friendly and sustainable labor practices. Through various theoretical activities, practical workshops, talks, and meetings with experts, we aim for participants to develop key skills to tackle environmental challenges in the workplace. With these goals in mind, we seek to train young people in labor sustainability and create a lasting impact that positively influences their communities and work environments in the long term. Our objectives are as follows: - Educate on sustainable labor practices. We want young people to acquire the knowledge and skills that will allow them to integrate more environmentally friendly practices into their daily professional lives. - Create a network of young workers. We aspire to increase networking opportunities for young workers and form a community across Europe. This way, they can share ideas, concerns, and solutions related to labor sustainability. - Guide young people in the use of sustainable digital tools. We will provide them with knowledge about technologies that promote sustainability, contributing to greater efficiency and a lower environmental impact in their workplaces. - Promote critical and active reflection. We will encourage critical reflection on the environmental issues present in the workplace and foster the generation of innovative proposals to solve them. - Seek innovative solutions to environmental problems. Collectively, we will identify normalized environmental problems in the workplace and propose creative and innovative solutions. - Encourage personal and professional growth. We aim to enhance communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to foster both professional and personal development among young people. - Prepare a final report on sustainable practices. Participants, with the support of Socialty and the involved professionals, will be responsible for creating a report that compiles everything learned during the course, which will serve as a guide for future initiatives.
