The “Democracy-Sí” project aims to develop and run an international seminar designed to share and debate practices of democracy in action. The seminar will serve as a platform for inspiration and collaborative development of strategies, tools, and guidelines for future democratic initiatives. Our objectives are to: - Learn about and explore approaches and methods for fostering and shifting narratives about democracy. - Develop strategies for using media and information tools to counter misinformation and populism and promote democratic values. - Create and refine methods to enhance active participation of young people in democratic initiatives. - Provide a space for trans-European partnership-building, bonding, and networking, strengthening solidarity and co-creation among organisations dedicated to advancing democratic engagement. From the perspective of youth work practice, the seminar will offer youth workers a valuable opportunity to expand their knowledge, refine their methodologies, and strengthen their collaborative efforts in promoting democracy.
