Objectives

The primary goal of this project is to improve the competencies of youth workers in the field of inclusion by equipping them with teambuilding methods specifically designed for engaging young people with fewer opportunities. These youth face social exclusion, discrimination, and difficulties in accessing both formal and non-formal education. By empowering youth workers with the tools to create inclusive environments, the project seeks to foster greater understanding and reduce stereotypes and prejudices within youth groups. Objectives of the Project: - Enhance the understanding of 22 youth workers from Spain, Romania, Italy, North Macedonia, Austria, France, Denmark, on issues related to the inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities. - Equip these 22 youth workers with the skills needed to plan and implement teambuilding methods, empowering them to create inclusive environments and support the personal and social development of disadvantaged youth. - Strengthen the motivation and capacity of youth workers to integrate teambuilding methods into their daily work with young people, ensuring that these methods are applied regularly to foster inclusion and teamwork. This project emphasizes the importance of non-formal education as a tool for personal and social development, enabling youth to overcome obstacles, build confidence, and participate actively in society. Through teambuilding, the project aims to improve group dynamics and support the inclusion of marginalized youth.
