Objectives

The primary aim of the project is to enhance the capacity of youth workers to use creative and artistic methods to foster inclusion, empowerment, and social participation among young people, particularly those from marginalized or disadvantaged backgrounds. The project objectives focus on equipping youth workers with tools to improve their practice in engaging young people through non-formal education methods such as theater, poetry, and other art forms. Key objectives of the project are empowering Youth Workers through artistic methods by equipping youth workers with the skills to use creative approaches like theater, poetry, and visual arts as tools to promote social inclusion and active participation among young people. It will foster youth workers' ability to create safe spaces for self-expression, allowing young people to explore their identities and voice their concerns in an inclusive environment. Another key objective is enhancing inclusion and empowerment of young people by training youth workers to apply creative methods in their daily practice to reach marginalized youth, including those facing discrimination, social, or geographical barriers. It will encourage youth workers to engage young people from diverse backgrounds, empowering them to take active roles in their communities and promote intercultural dialogue. Developing non-formal educational tools for youth work will be another key objective to develop innovative non-formal education techniques that incorporate artistic methods to create engaging and transformative learning experiences for young people. It will also provide youth workers with a practical toolkit that they can adapt to various contexts and needs, allowing them to address specific challenges faced by their target groups. Another key objective will be fostering personal and professional growth of youth workers. The aim of the objective is to promote personal and professional development among youth workers by enhancing their creativity, critical thinking, communication, and facilitation skills. Helping youth workers become more reflective practitioners, able to assess their work's impact on young people's empowerment and inclusion will be another aim of it. Promoting collaboration and exchange of best practices will be another key objective to facilitate cross-cultural collaboration and networking among youth workers from different countries, allowing them to share best practices, challenges, and solutions. Strengthening international cooperation in the youth sector by creating long-term partnerships that promote sustainable and innovative approaches to youth work will be another aim of the objective. Our last key objective is to contribute to the professionalization of youth work. Our aim here is to support the recognition of youth work as a professional field by providing youth workers with validated learning outcomes and competences, which can be used to enhance their career prospects. Contributing to the development of youth work at local, national, and European levels by promoting innovative and creative methods in youth work practice will be another aim in this objective. We want to achieve improved quality of youth work by empowering youth workers with new methods and skills, the project will lead to an overall improvement in the quality of youth work. Participants will be better equipped to engage young people, especially those from marginalized communities, and provide them with meaningful opportunities for growth and inclusion. We also want to achieve increased inclusion and social participation of young people through the use of creative methods, and youth workers will be able to foster greater inclusion and participation among young people. This will lead to increased self-confidence, a sense of belonging, and active citizenship among young people, especially those who face barriers to participation. Another implementation that we would like to achieve is sustainable impact on youth work practice. The project will have a long-lasting impact by providing youth workers with transferable skills and tools that they can continue to use in their daily work. The dissemination of the project’s outcomes, such as the toolkit and training methods, will ensure that these benefits extend beyond the immediate participants to other youth workers and organizations. Enhanced collaboration across borders will be the last implementation we want to achieve. The project will foster international cooperation and create opportunities for youth workers from different countries to learn from one another, collaborate, and develop new initiatives that continue the spirit of inclusion and empowerment.
