The REJUV-EU project aims to empower young people aged 15 to 16 from the municipalities of Bétera, Serra, and Náquera by providing them with in-depth knowledge about the European Union (EU) through dynamic activities and non-formal education, giving them the confidence needed to encourage their active participation in political and social life, both locally and at the European level. Through this project, young people will understand how institutions and their political decision-makers operate, as well as the role they and their municipality play in Europe. Additionally, they will acquire useful skills to develop their own initiative, gain confidence, and access job opportunities. Another objective is to maintain Bétera's interest in continuing to develop international projects focused on youth, and to provide the municipalities of Serra and Náquera the opportunity to start their own line of European projects, following Bétera's example.
