The project aims to empower NEET youth aged 18-29 in rural areas of Spain, Turkey, and Greece by enhancing their motivation, communication, entrepreneurship, and leadership skills. Through training, mentorship, and cooperatives, the youth will develop social innovation projects, gain knowledge in project management, and contribute to their region's economic and social development. The project promotes sustainable rural development and fosters international cooperation among participants.
