We seek to level up the quality of support to social entrepreneurship. We will learn and co-create solutions to (1) better recruit, train, and promote young social entrepreneurs from disadvantaged backgrounds, with an additional focus on rural areas; and (2) improve governance and growth strategies in social businesses, including inclusive talent recruitment, internal and external communication, and participation.
