This project aims to equip participating organisations with a standardised process to support YWFO participants in international mobility projects. This will strengthen the feelings of self-efficacy of YWFO, increasing their employability. Objectives: - Strengthened capacity of participating organisations to support the non-formal learning of YWFO, - Improved skills of the YWFO in setting goals, reflecting them and recognising their learnings in international mobility projects.
