In implementing the “Ambassadors of Cultural and Historical Heritage” project, we are pursuing several key objectives from the point of view of youth work practice: Immersion and Cultural Valorization: We aim to enable young participants to immerse themselves deeply in their local cultural and historical heritage. Using artistic media such as dance, theater, music and video, participants will discover, appreciate and share their cultural traditions, while strengthening their understanding and pride in their heritage. Developing Artistic and Intercultural Skills: The project aims to develop young participants' artistic skills and prepare them to become ambassadors for their culture. By working on artistic creations and participating in intercultural exchanges, they will improve their skills in communication, collaboration and creative expression. Strengthening Social Cohesion and European Belonging: By bringing together young people from different European overseas territories, we aim to strengthen social cohesion and the sense of belonging to a common European identity. The project fosters intercultural exchange and international cooperation, helping participants to better understand and appreciate cultural diversity within Europe. Tourism Innovation and Local Dynamization: The project aims to transform participants' cultural commitment into an innovative tourism initiative. By creating artistic performances highlighting cultural heritage, we contribute to the dynamism and development of local tourism, while promoting overseas territories as destinations rich in culture and history. Development of Project Management Skills: Participants will be involved in all phases of the project, from preparation to implementation and evaluation. They will acquire practical skills in project management, communication and event organization, which are essential for their professional future. It is very important for us to introduce those young people to the international solidarity and opportunities that the European programs can offer them, so that they can become ambassadors of Mobility as well.
