1. Strengthening the Professional Skills of Youth Workers We aim to provide youth workers with a space for exchanging pedagogical tools and specific knowledge to effectively and sensitively address consent-related issues with the adolescents they support. 2. Encouraging Innovation in Youth Work We wish to foster innovation by integrating creative and interactive approaches into consent education, notably by using arts and movement as mediums of learning. The goal is to develop innovative practices that will enable participating organizations to respond more effectively to the needs of adolescents, particularly on the subject of consent, which can be challenging to discuss. 3. Creating Educational Resources and Consent Tools Through the project, we aim to develop a pedagogical toolkit—comprising workshop outlines and resources—translated into various languages to ensure its dissemination among partner organizations and countries. These tools will be designed to be easily adaptable to diverse cultural contexts, thus encouraging their use in a wide range of organizations and communities. 4. Strengthening European Cooperation The project also seeks to create a strong network of European partners committed to consent and sexuality education. By facilitating the exchange of best practices and experiences between organizations, we aim to lay the foundation for continuous collaboration and mutual learning, thereby enhancing collective capacity to address these topics in a constructive and inclusive manner. 5. Improving Youth Engagement and Well-Being Ultimately, the goal is to improve adolescents' engagement and well-being by providing them with spaces for exchange where they feel heard, respected, and supported. By strengthening the skills of educators, we hope to foster a climate of trust and openness that will allow young people to comfortably discuss topics such as consent, interpersonal relationships, sexuality, and their personal development. In summary, this project aims to equip youth workers to better support young people in a more comprehensive and effective manner, while enhancing youth work practices across Europe through innovation and international collaboration.
