Objectives

In implementing this project, the main aim is to strengthen the skills of Second Chance School (E2C) trainers across Europe by promoting the exchange of best practices and sharing skills specific to each national context. More specifically, the project aims to : - Identify and share best practices: by identifying and documenting effective pedagogical and methodological practices within the various European E2Cs. The aim is to share these practices within the network to improve the quality of support offered to young people in difficulty. - Promoting immersion and exchange between trainers: By organizing immersion sessions for trainers in foreign E2Cs, the project aims to create an environment conducive to mutual learning. These immersions will enable trainers to discover new educational approaches, observe innovative practices, and develop enhanced professional skills. - Strengthening cooperation and cohesion between E2Cs: The project aims to promote transnational cooperation between E2Cs, creating a solid network of exchanges and collaborations. This enhanced cooperation will help find common solutions to the challenges encountered in working with young people, and enrich the practices of each institution. - Consolidate knowledge and improve practices: By analyzing the results of the immersions and exchanges, the goal is to develop common pedagogical tools and strengthen E2C practices in the face of the specific problems encountered by young people in difficulty. - Enhancing Activities and Increasing Impact: enhancing the value of the actions carried out by the E2Cs by widely disseminating the results of the project. This will raise the profile of our efforts and increase the impact of our interventions on the social and professional inclusion of young people.
