Objectives

This project, built with young people by MDE40 WIPSEE (France), Lääneranna Youth Center (Estonia), Fraternitas (Poland) and Creative Youth Academy (Hungary), responds to a need expressed by young people and aims to improve their mental health by reducing the impact of anxiety-provoking news on their well-being. Its objectives are: 1. Create mental health awareness tools by and for young people and promote Youth goal #5 Health and well-being. 2. Reduce young people's difficulties with their mental health, so that they can become involved and participate in democratic life. 3. Inform young people about the EU's values of human dignity, equality and human rights. 4. Improve young people's digital skills and media literacy, so that they can step back from current events and resist misinformation and fake news. 5. Bring together young people, experts and decision-makers at the local level to discuss realities and possible improvements.
