3 groups of young people aged 18-25 from rural areas and islands (Spain, Finland and France) will meet for 18 months to make a documentary video presenting different portraits of young people. Three trips will be necessary (to Helsinki, Palma and Evron) to make this video. The documentary will provide information on - What it means to be young in a rural environment, - What young people do in their free time, - The difficulties they encounter in their daily lives (transport, cultural activities, access to local services, etc.), - The needs and shortcomings they have identified, - Actions or ideas for action to be implemented as part of a youth policy. This documentary will be the basis for the workshops organised during the third meeting with elected representatives, the decision-makers in our regions. Aims: To promote and affirm the role of young people in rural areas, Involve them in the development of a youth policy.
