The project focuses on emotional intelligence (EI) and artificial intelligence (AI), with an emphasis on ethical AI use, can significantly contribute to the development of youth work in several ways. Our aim is to practice competencies that digitally transform the work of youth workers and enhance their digital and emotional intelligence. This educational approach is based on the Theory of Multiple Intelligences (1983) by Howard Gardner. We are targeting 30 youth workers 18+, from seven different countries, aiming to create an intercultural, inclusive community of learners that belong to different generations and have different levels of technology adoption (like in a real workspace) and/or other kinds of barriers. - To achieve this goal, we have designed a one-week set of non-formal learning methods which has objectives, relevant to the these of the Erasmus+ program and of the Youth field: - To digitally transform the work of 30 youth workers and their organizations, delving into DigComp framework's competence areas. - To promote critical thinking and inclusion through the use of AI, developing emotional intelligence. - To balance professional and personal development, practicing mindfulness & somatic movement, using nature-based methods and non violent communication . - To practice digital media literacy competences (use, understand and engage with technology) in a way that eliminates the technology gap between different generation of youth workers - To enhance the employability of youth workers, boosting emotional intelligence awareness, resilience and creativity in an Erasmus+ context in a way that reaches at least 5.000+ people
