Through the implementation of the project, we aimed to contribute to the improvement of the work and activities of School Volunteer Clubs and to strengthen the quality of their impact on students, schools, and the community by using the School Volunteer COMPASS – Guide for the Development and Operation of School Volunteer Clubs (an output of the project) by educational institutions, primarily in the area of Osijek-Baranja and Vukovar-Srijem counties. Also, through the application of the Guide and based on experiences, exchange of information and knowledge acquired during the entire project, our desire was to encourage the establishment of new School Volunteer Clubs in those primary and secondary schools where they do not exist, and thereby expand the network of School Volunteer Clubs. The main goal of the project was to contribute to the quality of volunteer education in the Osijek-Baranja and Vukovar-Srijem counties, with the aim of influencing the quality development of individuals, especially young people, their skills, personalities, and personal attitudes, as well as strengthening motivation for volunteering, thereby promoting the development of active citizens.
