The overall goal of the project is to enhance the social and civic engagement of young people while promoting green transformation and cross-border cooperation among Red Cross organizations in Europe. This will be achieved through specific objectives: increasing the capacities of partner organizations for cross-border partnerships, transforming work systems and volunteer management with a focus on environmental sustainability, and promoting environmentally sustainable forms of youth engagement.
