The goal of the project is to help participating young people develop skills and competencies that support their entrepreneurial mindset, increase their employability, and help them become active members of their communities. Throughout the project, we apply non-formal and informal educational methods in line with youth work practices, allowing participants to acquire practical knowledge and experience at their own pace and in an active manner. The core of the project focuses on using innovative tools, such as the Design Thinking approach, which helps young people develop sustainable and creative business ideas. In addition to developing entrepreneurial skills, we also emphasize enhancing teamwork, problem-solving, and critical thinking, enabling young people to contribute more effectively to their communities and build their own careers. During the project, participants take part in various practical trainings, such as CV and interview preparation workshops, as well as company visits, which help them understand how the labor market works and prepare them for entering the world of work. These practical elements are crucial in providing participants with hands-on experience that improves their employability. We place special emphasis on intercultural dialogue and learning from one another, which helps to overcome stereotypes and develop intercultural competencies. Participants come from diverse backgrounds, enriching the shared learning process and promoting tolerance and openness. This intercultural collaboration provides them with valuable experiences and helps them develop skills that will be useful later in the entrepreneurial world and in their community involvement.
