Together for victory! youth exchange program with the help of various non-formal educational elements, plans a seven-day international exchange program for young people from Slovakia, Romania, and Hungary. The three organizations, the Zrínyi Miklós Kick-Boxing Academy, the Kyokushin Karate Club Párkány, and the Asociatia De Dezvolture Comunitara Petreu Association encourage cooperation within the community and the building of relationships between individuals, their education and training programs are adapted to the needs of the local community. They aim to prepare young people for the local labor market. In addition, the associations also help young people become active community members through youth programs. The program will be implemented by the organizations on 09.03.2025. and 09.09.2025. between. The location of the exchange will be a youth hostel in Siófok, which primarily offers leisure programs and services for young people. In this colorful environment, we welcome the international exchange participants, 45 young people (15 people each) and 15 coaches (5 people each). During the youth exchange, we use non-formal education methods. The purpose of the exchange program is to strengthen community participation among young people, promote personality development, learn about and accept each other's culture, strengthen tolerance and respect, recognize and nurture our cultural values , and increase their activity in local communities, thereby helping them to become active citizens. The youth exchange will have a great impact on the participants, during their personal competence-based development they will affect their local community as well as the represented organization. In addition to individual skills, their European values also develop. The project also contributes to the development of European values among participants, partner organizations, and local communities. It will encourage participants to deepen their thinking about the essential features of European society and, above all, encourage them to play an active role in their local communities. As another goal, we want to share with them the experiences of Erasmus + and the feeling of an international community. In addition, the organizations involved create a solid foundation for good cooperation and gain experience in various fields. It is a great opportunity for our organization to develop closer cooperation with our partner through joint projects, which can establish a long-term partnership. Hopefully, this exchange will allow us to work on future projects, which would be a great step forward for all three organizations.
