Our project X. VEKTOR aimed to develop young people's self-awareness, career awareness, long-term thinking and knowledge related to the world of work. To achieve this, we implemented a youth exchange in Komárom, Hungary, in cooperation with three organisations (Játszótér Foundation – Hungary, Máréfalvi Rozetta Youth Association – Romania, Jókai Mór Student Circle – Slovakia), involving a total of 54 young people with fewer opportunities. The participants were supported by 3 group leaders, 3 accompanying persons and 2 facilitators during the 5-day programme. Non-formal and informal learning methods were applied, enabling participants to learn from each other under expert coordination, to experience intercultural exchange and to strengthen social inclusion and active youth participation.
