The aim of the project is to stimulate and make the young people involved think about how the current problems of the 21st century can be reflected in the culture of group leadership and how facilitator training can be developed to address them. A further aim is to use young people's leadership training ideas to initiate an active dialogue with current decision-makers on the issues that are also unavoidable for today's leaders. The ideas and dialogue, condensed into collections of games, develop young people's facilitation skills and encourage them to make effective use of informal-non-formal learning tools, while they look into a profession, search for new solutions and experience the power to shape decisions that affect their own lives. The mutual learning of young people and decision-makers, which relies on each other without regard to status and position, suggests social models that are far removed from current leadership practices.
