The project enhances skills and methods of the organisations' youth workers to better support young people in navigating the challenges of adolescence, particularly in disadvantaged communities. By combining partners' expertise, the project creates tailored methods for 12 youth workers, and empower young people with resilience and skills for personal and professional success. Additionally, it aims to disseminate these practices widely, promoting positive role models and social equity.
