To address the needs of young people with fewer opportunities in our small rural schools. Through this project they will gain self-confidence and achieve participation in democratic processes that give them a voice to speak to decision-makers locally, nationally and European. The group will focus on issues related to climate change and sustainability and will become Climate Champions going forward. Objectives: • meaningful civic, social, cultural and political participation of young people with fewer opportunities addressing their personal and social development. • Focusing on climate action and group work, and using digital tools, supporting personal and social development of young people outside formal education and training, raising their capacity to become effective Climate Champions. • encouraging, fostering and facilitating participant participation in Europe’s democratic life at local, regional, national and European level.
