The CREARE – Create Your Career project was born with the overarching goal of increasing the professional satisfaction of young adults aged 25 to 30. This goal was achieved through the following objectives. The first objective was to involve 30 participants, including 25 young people and 5 group leaders, from five countries (Portugal, Greece, Spain, Turkey, and Italy), in a Youth Exchange aimed at sharing non-formal education practices related to career coaching, personal and professional expression, and youth engagement. The goal was to support local target groups in achieving career satisfaction. Thanks to the Youth Exchange, each participant had the opportunity to share habits and practices useful for fostering reflection on their passions. The second objective involved supporting five partner organizations from Portugal, Greece, Turkey, Spain, and Italy in sharing their best practices related to career coaching, personal and professional expression, and youth engagement, promoting them internationally and fostering the acquisition of specific knowledge and skills not yet available within organizations. The five partner organizations have become reference points for young adults interested in exploring the opportunities offered by Erasmus+ mobility to strengthen their self-discovery and build their career paths. The third objective was to involve 100 young people aged between 25 and 30, residing in the five local communities of the direct participants and partner organizations, in using the CAREer Diary, the project's output, for a period of 30 days, with the aim of increasing awareness of their professional goals and interests. The fourth objective aimed to highlight the professional needs of young people at the international level through an international chat, an open online conference involving young people and stakeholders from the world of work, and 15 double interviews, which raised awareness of young people and stakeholders from the world of work and promoted the needs, perspectives, and opportunities of both parties. The fifth objective was to promote the CAREer Diary among international NGOs working with young people aged 25 to 30 and among young people interested in using the diary as a tool to improve their career path.
