This project “Talk It Out” was created by young people from 4 different NGOs who have noticed lacks in communication skills within their peers and younger colleagues. They have conducted the research (among their NGOs and online) to see if the project will be needed. They noticed that it will be very useful and many people have shown their interest in taking part in this project. After establishing this, the writing team created main 3 objectives they want to achieve by the end of the project: 1. To teach 28 young people during 9 months of this project at least 4 new practical communication skills they can use in different situations, such as active listening, clear expression, expressing emotions constructively, and conflict resolution. 2. To teach 28 young people during this project about different communication styles and perspectives, which will equip them with empathy and understanding in their interactions. 3. To empower 28 young people during this project to develop their confidence by practicing in safe and supportive environments, fostering active participation, and providing positive reinforcement.
