By implementing this project within the Erasmus+ programme, the main objective was to offer young participants an intensive and meaningful educational experience that would help them reflect on the relationship between technology, personal wellbeing and social relationships through non-formal and participatory activities carried out in an intercultural context. In line with the programme implemented in Pitigliano from 9 to 16 September 2025, the project aimed to foster greater psychological and digital awareness, starting from the analysis of the effects of technology on mental health, attention and social dynamics, and moving towards a more responsible and safe use of digital tools. Through thematic workshops on digital awareness, online safety, data protection and digital time management, combined with mindfulness practices, physical activities, moments of digital detox and outdoor experiences in the local area, the goal was to promote a balance between online and offline life. At the same time, the project sought to strengthen social skills, teamwork and intercultural dialogue through moments of discussion, team-building activities, cultural visits and intercultural evenings, encouraging the active participation of young people and their ability to express themselves, collaborate and think critically. Overall, the objectives of the project were oriented towards supporting the personal development of participants, increasing their awareness of psychological and digital wellbeing, and strengthening their sense of European citizenship through a shared, inclusive experience closely connected to the host territory.
