In line with the objectives set by the KA1 of the Erasmus+ programme and inspired by the EU strategic guidelines enshrined in the EU Youth Strategy, the European Youth Goals and the Inclusion and Diversity Strategy, the overall objective of the LOVE, Life orienting vocation experience youth exchange is to strengthen the personal development of young people through a mobility activity which contains within it non-formal and informal learning strategies. Specifically, we want to develop an action that tends to promote the social inclusion of socially disadvantaged groups and stimulate the development of personal, socio-emotional, and working skills. It uses artistic/cultural intervention strategies, seeking to promote equal opportunities and access to culture, as well as participants' self-esteem and sense of belonging to the community, thus contributing to social cohesion. The training objectives we aim to achieve with participants fall within the sphere of personal, socio-emotional and relational skills: self-esteem, concentration, teamwork, autonomy, responsibility, conflict management, interpersonal relations, creativity, listening, motivation.
