Objectives

Our project, Erasmus+ Training Course entitled <<Soft Skills for Youth Work Excellence>> it is an 11 months project. The hosting organisation is Associazione Culturale Bubburriga from Oristano, Sardinia, Italy. The partner organisations of the project are: Walbrzych Youth Association from Poland, AEA from Romania, MTÜ Jazzon from Estonia and IEEN from Cyprus. The primary aim of this project is to strengthen the capacity of youth workers in delivering effective soft skills programs through non-formal methods, followed by empowering young people to acquire and develop very essential soft-skills. The objectives through which we will reach this aim: 1.Within 11 months, 25 youth workers will deepen their knowledge of key soft skills—such as leadership, teamwork, organizational skills, communication, problem-solving, and conflict management—and will learn how to effectively support the development of these skills in young people through non-formal education methods. 2.During the project, 25 youth workers will enhance their implementation skills of non-formal education methods by incorporating min. 7 new NFE tools into their practice to support the soft skills development of disadvantaged youth. 3. By the end of the project, 25 youth workers will adopt a more proactive approach to soft skills development, leading to a 25% increase in NFE workshops related to soft skills across all partner organizations. 4. Over 11 months, increase the capacity of 5 partner organizations through the exchange of best practices and the training of 5 youth workers per organization in soft skills development methods.
