“Beyond Bias” aims to equip youth workers with essential tools and knowledge to combat racism and promote inclusivity within their communities by developing and implementing anti-racist practices in their youth work. This initiative is not only aligned with the EU Youth Goals and Erasmus+ objectives but is also an urgent response to the significant challenges facing marginalized youth today. To achieve this, we have set these OBJECTIVES: 1.understand the roots and impacts of racism and bias 2.develop practical strategies for implementing anti-racist practices in youth work settings 3.improve engagement of young people in advocacy and community-building efforts 4.build coalitions and networks for sustained anti-racist initiatives 5.create actionable plans for ongoing anti-racist work in youth organizations and local communities
