Through the implementation of this project, our main goal is to provide youth workers with practical skills and useful tools to enhance their daily work with young people. We aim to promote mindfulness and contact with nature as core elements in youth work, generating a positive impact not only on direct participants but also on the communities in which they operate. We seek to strengthen the ability of youth workers to positively influence young people, serving as role models. Thanks to the skills they will acquire, youth workers will be able to guide young people towards greater awareness of their well-being, their actions, and their impact on society and the environment, fostering sustainable and lasting change. Thanks to the project's activities, we aim to achieve the following objectives: - Increase awareness of well-being among 27 youth workers by the end of the project, through the integration of a holistic approach that combines mindfulness practices, self-reflection, and environmental awareness in their daily activities. - Enhance the practical skills of the participants, providing concrete tools to apply mindfulness techniques and use nature as a resource within their educational activities and framework. - Participants will learn at least 2 effective strategies and non-formal methods to improve happiness and well-being in the workplace, ensuring the lasting dissemination of the acquired practices. - Improve, by the end of the 7-day mobility, the individual and professional well-being of the youth workers and promote healthier and more productive work environments. - By the end of the project, the 27 youth workers will be fully equipped to transfer the skills acquired on well-being and sustainability into their work with young people. - Establish a network of collaboration between the 9 organizations involved and the youth workers who share an interest in mindfulness and sustainability. In summary, the project aims to generate a lasting change in the way youth workers approach their work, providing them with skills to become advocates of a healthy and sustainable lifestyle, both in their own lives and in the communities where they live and operate.
