Objectives

The project "All Right!" aims to train a group of international youth workers in the knowledge, integration and promotion of adolescents' rights, focusing on combating discrimination, promoting inclusion and promoting active citizenship across Europe. The specific objectives proposed by the project are the following. - The acquisition by 18 international youth workers of a comprehensive knowledge on the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, with a particular focus on the right to non-discrimination (art.2), and skills to guide young people in the knowledge, integration and promotion of these rights. The objective is achieved through a 7-day training course, in which operators will acquire in-depth knowledge of non-formal educational methodologies suitable for raising awareness among young people on the protection of these rights. - the involvement of young people from local communities in the promotion of their rights through the organization of workshops at local level. These activities will provide tools to young people, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds, to participate in decision-making processes. Each national group will involve at least 10 young people per local community. -raising awareness of schools, institutions and municipalities at national and international level on youth rights through the sharing of a “Charter of good practices for youth rights”, structured by the project participants and containing the quality standards that each activity must contain to guarantee the protection of youth rights and inclusiveness, together with suggestions for non-formal activities aimed at promoting and integrating these fundamental rights. -exchanging good practices between the 6 partner organisations involved, which will lead to the development of cooperative activities aimed at promoting youth rights.
