Exploring the Ecology of Emotions is an international project that aims at the training of 15 youth workers to employ theater improvisation techniques to develop a deeper understanding of how to work with diversity to create inclusion. EEE will reach the following objectives: -to train 15 youth workers to develop a deeper understanding of how to work with emotional intelligence to create inclusion through theater improv. -the sharing of practices within 5 partner organisations on how to talk about emotional intelligence with young people. - the organisation of 5 local workshops on the topic of theater improv for raising awareness on the concept of emotional intelligence. - the production of a toolkit, called “Jumping into Emotions”, containing activity ideas to be delivered to introduce the concept of emotional intelligence to young people.
