The Crash_it initiative aims at applying a model of cooperation between policymakers and younger generations on the topic of road safety. The project’s objectives include developing agency and empowerment among local and international young students, with the goal of actively influencing road safety policies, while also promoting a targeted awareness campaign. The initiative is being launched as a pilot project in the city of Cuneo, with strong potential for scalability and replicability in the European context, also thanks to the important bridge established between local and European institutions, as well as the active participation of Erasmus students and volunteers
