I'm Not Sure If I'm Okay" starts from the premise that the concepts of "well-being" and "discomfort" among young people are often interpreted by the adult world through predefined and reassuring categories, such as medical ones. However, these categories risk oversimplifying the complexity of the experiences young people go through, as they undergo deep inner and social changes influenced by multiple crises. From this perspective, the project aims to ask young people what well-being and discomfort mean to them and which services are truly effective for them in fostering greater inclusivity and providing a more effective response.
