The goal of the CIAC project is to help build a more accessible city for a specific community of new residents in the Naples metropolitan area, namely young high-skilled foreigners (Expat) residing temporarily or permanently. This is a community with which the Noi@Europe association has been working steadily for years, including through the previous KA154 project “Mi.Mo - For Better Mobility.” The goal of the project is to improve the level of local public services primarily dedicated to this segment of the population. Another central goal of the project is to increase the awareness of young foreign residents in Naples that they are citizens with rights and duties and to improve the relationship between this community and the local population.
