Overall project objective: To strengthen the support system for young care leavers in the delicate transition from the care and protection system (communities for minors and/or foster families) to independent living. Specific objective: To improve the skills of youth workers through the creation, testing and implementation of innovative practices and models necessary to enable care leavers to gradually build a future in Europe.
