The project achieved the following objectives: Empowerment of Partner Organizations: Strengthened the three partner organizations in the youth sector by improving activity quality and increasing the participation of young people, particularly those with fewer opportunities. The training program was successfully delivered to youth workers with varying levels of experience. International Team Development: Established a broader and more highly skilled international team. Youth Engagement: Promoted active involvement of young people in the co-design of local and international activities, fostering inclusion and active citizenship
The project addressed the partner organizations' needs by enhancing their skills and knowledge in youth social work. It improved the quality and inclusiveness of their activities through the acquisition of new tools and action strategies. By gaining a deeper understanding of local youths' needs and perspectives, the organizations increased their impact, making their initiatives more relevant. Finally, the project strengthened and expanded local networks, establishing better conditions for international partnerships.
