The project aims to improve the employability of youth and address the digital transformation by developing digital, relational and cognitive skills.It aims to bridge between research, practice and policy in the field of non-formal education.We want to promote the participant’s competence development to address digital transformation and facilitate their employability.To do so, we first develop a theoretical framework that can help us design good practices within non-formal educational settings
