By implementing project "Business with a Mission", we aim to give young people the opportunity to learn about the concept and development processes of social business, emphasizing the importance of social responsibility and sustainability. The aim of the project is to increase the awareness of young people about social entrepreneurship, develop entrepreneurial skills and provide practical experience in solving social problems. During the project, participants will learn to analyze social problems, create social businesses and work in a team. Youth involvement in the development of their communities will also be encouraged through networking with business representatives and mentorship opportunities. We aim not only to provide theoretical knowledge about social business, but also to help young people acquire the practical skills needed to create and manage social initiatives. During the international exchange project, young people will be able to learn the basics of social entrepreneurship, cooperate with international partners, create an intercultural community and try out new ideas. We believe that the project will inspire young people to create sustainable, innovative and socially responsible business ideas that would solve the most important problems of their communities. We aim to provide young people with the knowledge and skills needed to create a social business, emphasizing its differences from traditional business.
