The main objective of the project was to equip youth workers with the necessary tools and skills to foster nonviolent conflict transformation, particularly in the context of ongoing violence and conflicts in Europe and beyond. Through the 5-day training held in Lithuania, we brought together 30 youth workers from six different countries to explore peacebuilding and conflict management. The training included workshops, seminars, and collaborative activities aimed at developing practical skills in conflict transformation. Additionally, two dedicated days were spent working on drafting Erasmus+ project applications, specifically focused on peacebuilding initiatives. Ultimately, the goal was to foster long-term, sustainable partnerships and collaborations between the participants, laying the foundation for future Erasmus+ projects centered around peacebuilding.
