The aim of this project was to empower communities to take action and to support youth workers and young artists in their work in the field of non-formal education by sharing engaging working methods and practices with one another. The current socio-political context in various countries is complex, youth work faces not only financial difficulties but also requires staff to constantly update their knowledge, the ability to engage young people using various non-formal methods, and for the staff themselves to share best practices and remain inspired while working in a challenging environment.
