Objectives

By implementing the youth exchange “Empowering All Youth - Inclusive Career Navigation”, we wanted to bring together young people from Latvia, Sweden, Portugal, and Croatia. At the planning stage, we expected 30 participants, but in reality, 28 participants took part in the project, as two Croatian participants could not attend due to personal and health reasons. The main goal was to create a safe and inclusive environment where young people could learn how to better navigate their career paths. We wanted participants, especially those with fewer opportunities, to gain practical skills and confidence for entering the labour market. We also wanted to promote intercultural learning and cooperation between participants from different countries. Another important aim was to involve participants actively in the learning process, so they could learn from each other and share their own experiences. As a result, we wanted participants to improve their employability skills such as CV writing, interview skills, communication, and teamwork. We also wanted them to become more confident about their future and more aware of Erasmus+ opportunities. A key result of the project was the creation of the “Inclusive Career Navigation Guide”, which was developed by participants as a practical tool for other young people. The main objectives of the project were: * To improve young people’s employability skills, including CV writing, job interviews, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. * To support equal access to the labour market by helping participants understand their rights, opportunities, and possible barriers. * To promote inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities by creating a supportive and respectful environment. * To increase awareness of Erasmus+ opportunities and motivate young people to take part in international projects. * To strengthen cooperation between partner organisations and improve their experience in working together. * To create a practical result of the project, the "Inclusive Career Navigation Guide", which shares knowledge and methods developed during the youth exchange.
