By implementing this project, we want to promote the use of environmental sustainability approaches in youth work, with a further vision that these environmental sustainability approaches or their individual elements are also transferred to formal education institutions. In order to promote this, guidelines will be developed during the project, based on the 4R (Refuse, Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) approach, according to which environmental sustainability can be introduced in youth work practice to reduce costs and minimise impact on environment. In addition, we want to achieve wider recognition of environmental sustainability approaches among young people, so youth workers will acquire knowledge, skills and new non-formal education and learning methods to be able to promote the recognition of environmental sustainability approaches and sustainable habits among young people, who, in turn, will spread sustainable habits further in their families, to their friends, peers and relatives. The aim of the project is to promote the implementation of environmental sustainability approaches in youth work, based on the 4R approach. Objectives: 1. to carry out the exchange of good practices of youth work of the member states of the project; 2. to mprove participants' understanding and knowledge of the 4R approach; 3. to provide youth workers with knowledge and skills to promote the implementation of environmental sustainability approaches in youth work; 4. to promote sustainable habits among youth workers; 5. to promote the visibility of the Erasmus+ program and the Youthpass certificate. This project is directly related to the practice of youth work, as it is aimed at improving youth work and introducing innovative solutions in youth work to improve its quality and reduce the overall impact on the environment. The guidelines for the implementation of environmental sustainability approaches will be a useful material for the implementation of these approaches in youth work and for further development in the direction of sustainable youth work. During the project, youth workers will learn new non-formal education and learning methods, which they will be able to successfully implement in youth work in their countries, thus increasing the variety of methods and improving the quality of their work.
