The European nation feels the need to speak out about conflicts, they understand well the importance of communication in the decision-making process, however there are still some challenges caused by different circumstances, which need to emphasize the role of communication in resolving and overcoming various conflicts. The main aim of this TC is to train youth workers and equip them with relevant knowledge in solving problems and conflicts, bringing to young people that the main secret of peaceful coexistence is healthy communication between persons, nations and countries. Other important objectives of the project are: To enhance communication skills of participating youth workers, to focus on effective and constructive communication techniques in conflict resolution; To raise awareness of the youth workers about the role of communication in conflict resolution processes. To explore the concepts such as miscommunication, misunderstanding, ineffective communication, escalation, de-escalation, negotiation, etc; To promote collaborative decision making and team working, as well as ethical communication between the youth workers from different participating countries; To build the intercultural dialogue between the youth workers from different countries;
