Project Impact and Achievement of Objectives The primary objective achieved through the implementation of this project was the establishment of a deep connection between 28 young people, nature, and animals, while simultaneously providing them with reliable knowledge regarding environmental protection. Through active participation in equine activities and learning ecological habits, participants significantly improved their well-being and mental health. We created a safe space for learning about sustainable development, which allowed the youth to understand their real impact on their surroundings and inspired them to introduce positive changes within their local communities. The project fully reached the three key operational objectives formulated during the application stage: First, all participants gained an understanding of and can now explain the interdependence between animal welfare, nature conservation, and human mental health. Second, the young people developed specific practical skills, such as basic horse care and the implementation of at least three eco-friendly practices in their daily lives. Third, we recorded an increase in environmental responsibility and the development of positive attitudes toward animal protection, as well as a greater appreciation for the role of nature in maintaining emotional balance. The realization of these goals was made possible through international cooperation between organizations from Poland, Italy, and Romania, which allowed for an exchange of unique experiences and competencies. By involving the youth in the planning phase and having national groups lead specific sessions, participants not only gained substantive knowledge but also developed competencies in management, English communication, and intercultural cooperation. The project concluded successfully, leaving a lasting impact on the participants' attitudes; they have become more active and conscious citizens, ready to further disseminate the ideas of sustainable development.
