By implementing the “USE YOUR BRAIN” project, we aimed to create conditions for young people to develop their key competences through active, creative and engaging activities focused on critical thinking, problem-solving and international cooperation. The objectives were: Development of young people’s cognitive competences – shaping the ability to think critically, analyse and draw conclusions independently, as well as fostering creativity, logical thinking and decision-making skills. Strengthening social and communication competences – improving teamwork, effective communication, negotiation and discussion skills, and building trust and responsibility for joint actions. Increasing intercultural awareness – enabling young people to cooperate in an international environment, and developing attitudes of tolerance, openness and understanding of cultural diversity. Enhancing motivation to learn – showing that learning can be engaging, practical and experience-based, and encouraging young people to actively use their potential and “train their brains”. Strengthening digital competences and creative use of tools – developing the ability to use technology for project work, creating materials, solving problems and presenting results. The overall goal of the project was to comprehensively empower young people – their intellectual, social, emotional and intercultural abilities – through activities that “activate thinking”, teach cooperation, creativity and conscious participation in a diverse European environment.
