Objectives

We want to implement this project because we recognize the growing importance of digital and creative skills in the job market, as well as the immense potential that fan culture offers. According to reports such as Deloitte (2021) and Statista (2022), an increasing percentage of young people are engaging in digital content creation, highlighting the need to develop skills such as video editing, graphic design, and managing online communities. Our project aims to support youth in developing these skills, which will prepare them for future careers. One of the main objectives of the project is to improve the digital and creative skills of participants, especially in the context of creating fan and multimedia content (vlogs, infographics, fan art). The project will enable young people to develop skills related to modern technologies, helping them in their future professional careers. We also aim to foster soft skills such as communication, intercultural cooperation, and working in international teams, which are essential in today’s global digital world. The project also seeks to promote values such as diversity, inclusivity, and equality, while supporting youth in understanding how their passions can be transformed into concrete career paths. By working with youth workers, we aim to equip them with tools to help young people develop digital and professional competencies, which will enhance the quality of their work with youth. The innovative aspect of this project is the combination of fan culture with practical professional skills and the integration of digital and virtual elements into the activities. This approach strengthens the sustainability and reach of the project’s outcomes, while responding to the dynamic changes in the job market and the needs of today’s youth.
