The project was successfully carried out with the goal of supporting the personal and social development of young people through dance. The project brought together participants from several European countries and focused on using movement and creativity to build confidence, improve well-being, and promote cultural understanding. During the project, participants took part in daily dance workshops that helped them improve their physical health and express their emotions in a safe and creative way. These sessions also supported stress relief and encouraged a healthy lifestyle. A big focus was placed on intercultural learning. Young people explored traditional dances from partner countries, which helped them understand and respect different cultures. This experience made the group feel more connected and open-minded. Participants worked in teams to create their own dance pieces, which allowed them to express ideas about social issues such as inclusion, equality, and mental health. These performances helped raise awareness and gave the participants a strong sense of pride. Another key objective was to prepare young people to lead. Many of them learned how to organize and run dance workshops, and after the project, they brought these skills back to their local communities. This way, the impact of the project continued even after the main exchange ended. Overall, the project successfully: Improved self-confidence and teamwork skills Promoted cultural exchange and tolerance Encouraged creativity and healthy living Taught participants how to use dance to bring positive change to their communities The project showed that dance is not just art — it can also be a strong tool for youth empowerment, learning, and social justice.
